| This level of our program is designed for those boys who have that competitive drive or wish to spend a little bit more time in the gym. There is no experience required for this class. The class is run more like a "team" workout so that the boys can enjoy a team atmosphere. The different teams within Cypress Academy will compete in intramural competitions every 2 to 3 months. |
