| Anyone not currently enrolled at Cypress Academy may participate in a free trial class. There is no obligation with a free trial and it will give you and your child a chance to see our facility, our instructors, and how a class operates. By taking a free trial class, your child’s spot in that class is reserved, so we recommend that you choose a class with days and times that are convenient for your schedule, should you decide for your child to continue with the class. |

| Our programs run on a month-to-month basis. If, at anytime, you would like to take a break, your only obligation is to give a two-week notice. Your registration fee is good from August through July, so if you would like to come back, all you need to do is give us a call and select a class. When giving your two week notice, come to the office and complete the bottom of the registration card. Please, no phone calls, letters, or faxes |

- We offer make up classes for ANY missed class. Tuition cannot be prorated because of missed classes.
- Make-up classes are offered by reservation so we can guarantee class ratios.
- Make-ups must be completed while the child is actively enrolled in the program.
- If, at anytime, you need to change your current class, call the office and we will look for alternative days and/or times

- There is an annual registration fee of $30.00. Registration is
valid for one year and runs from August through July. The registration fee reserves your
child's place in class and includes a T-shirt. For an additional $8.00 your child
may choose a leotard instead of a T-shirt.
- Students who register between January and May will pay a registration
fee of $30.00. In August, the re-registration fee will be only $15.00, with no
T-shirt / leotard option.
- Students who register in June or July will pay a registration fee
of $30.00 and when re-registering for our any of our Fall Programs that starts in August,
you will not be required to pay another registration fee.
- If a student withdraws in "good standing", their registration is
valid until the following August.

| Tuition is based on the TUITION PAYMENT SCHEDULE found on the Class Schedule print-out. Registration and tuition are non-refundable. |
- A discounted rate is offered for payments received on or before the
1st of the month. For your added convenience, a payment made on the last class of
the current month will not leave for the bank until the 1st of the following month.
- Because we are a month to month program, if a student wishes to
sign up for a class in the middle of the month, tuition is pro-rated.
- A student must be current with their account in order to re-register
or participate in extra activities (e.g. Mayfest, Parents Night Out, Birthday Parties,
Private Lessons, etc.)
- Tuition checks, with the STUDENT'S FULL NAME written in the memo
area of the check, should be placed in the Tuition Box next to the office door. DO NOT
PUT CASH IN THE TUITION BOX
